Intergulf is located in the Bayport Industrial Complex in Pasadena, Texas, directly adjacent to Barbours Cut. The company provides processing and recycling services to marine vessels that generate oily waste streams, non-hazardous wastewater, used oil, and off-specification fuels. Intergulf can accept material in bulk or drums. Intergulf owns and operates Coast Guard Approved Liquid Vacuum Trucks and a 10,000 bbl barge with tug for extraction and transportation of materials.

Intergulf can accept the following materials:

The Bayport plant utilizes chemical, mechanical, and heat processes to separate oil from water and solids. Acceptable plant feeds include oil/water emulsions, oily water, used oil, and contaminated oil or fuel. Products are reclaimed and recycled for blending as industrial boiler fuel, marine bunker fuel, and refinery feedstock. Residue water generated during reclamation is piped off site to Gulf Coast Waste Disposal Authority for final treatment and discharge. Residue solids are disposed of off site using approved methods.

Intergulf is permitted with all appropriate federal and state agencies. We have a thorough understanding of the international MARPOL regulations affecting our customers. United States and State of Texas regulations create another layer of complexity that requires a high level of management understanding. Protection of our clients is top priority with Intergulf.
